Suggested Use:

Add boiled water over 1 Tbsp herb per mug. Cover + steep for at least twenty minutes. Drink as is or add some flavor with natural sweeteners, juice, lemon, etc. Enjoy!

Care: The kraft bag your tea comes packaged in is fully compostable! (Remove and dispose of stickers separately.)  Once the package is opened transfer the blend to a mason jar or other resealable container to maintain freshness and nutritive quality of the herbs.
