Stenghtens the whole nervous system, allowing for softening around stress, irritability, nervousness + exhaustion while aiding in achieving restful sleep. Suggested Use:

Add boiled water over 3 Tbsps herb in quart jar. Cover + steep for at least a half hour or overnight for maximum nutrient content.  Drink as is or add some flavor with natural sweetners, juice, lemon, etc. Enjoy throughout the day.

(While pregnant: repeat several times a week/ daily in second + third trimesters for maximum benefits.)

Care: The kraft bag your tea comes packaged in is fully compostable! (Remove and dispose of stickers separately.)  Once the package is opened transfer the blend to a mason jar or other resealable container to maintain freshness and nutritive quality of the herbs.
