Wormwood leaf (Artemisia absinthium), Yarrow leaf + flower (Achillea millefolium), Rosemary leaf (Rosmarinus officinalis), Calendula flowers (Calendula officinalis), Rose petals (Rosa spp.

Suggested Use:

For Steam Preparation: Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Add about 1 handful (cup) of blend. Turn off heat. Cover + steep for 10 mins. Pour herbs into heat-safe basin. Sit comfortably above basin so steam can rise to yoni. Wrap blanket around you to keep steam in. Steam should feel comfortably warm, not hot! Put on music, light a candle, sip tea, breathe deeply. Enjoy for 20 minutes. 

For Tub Preparation: Same herb prep as above, but strain herb out and add liquid into bath tub. 

For Sitz Bath:Same herb prep as above, half quantity. Allow to cool as not to burn. Pour into sitz basin to immerse yoni + bottom.
